1 on 1 Coaching

Coaching puts you in the driver's seat. I am here to help you become more self aware to overcome obstacles and build habits that can help you master the life you want.

Typically sessions last an hour every week for a period of 4 weeks or longer. It is all up to you.

Coaching examines where you are now and how you want to move ahead.

Single Session Coaching and Bundle Rates

Rates per session are:

$100/hour

Bundle rates are:

$350/month

$1000/three months

Additional Services

A Life Coach is not a Mentor, Counselor,Therapist,Nutritionist or Consultant. If those services are needed, I can certainly offer and help research a referral and, if desired, work in tandem with other professionals.

What is a Life & Success Coach?

A life and success coach is is trained to guide you to have an awareness of what is important to you and where you want to go. Empowering you is the key idea behind coaching. You hold all the answers and once you find your path, a coach can help you create a plan to master your successes. You will proceed at your own pace and create the life you want.
